Golala Forms

Golala Forms is a reusable WordPress form plugin designed for businesses, organisations, property companies, service providers and website owners who need professional forms without being restricted to a specific industry, company name or form type.

Administrators can create unlimited forms and customise each form with their own title, introduction, questions, field options, declarations, submit button text, confirmation message and notification email.

Golala Forms supports a wide range of field types including text, email, telephone, number, textarea, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkbox groups, consent fields, automatic dates and auto-populated applicant names. Checkbox groups can also be configured so that every declaration must be accepted before a form can be submitted.

Each form generates its own shortcode, making it easy to place forms on WordPress pages, posts or templates. Native integration is also included for Elementor and WPBakery Page Builder, allowing users to select and insert saved forms directly from the page builder.

Form submissions can be securely stored inside the WordPress administration area for later review, while email notifications can be sent automatically to the nominated business or administrator email address.

Golala Forms also includes the Golala Technology licensing and protected-update system. Licensed installations support licence activation, validation and deactivation, installation-ID tracking, manual update checks, protected downloads and WordPress automatic updates. Administrators can enable or disable automatic updates using the normal WordPress update controls.
